Born and raised in Santa Barbara, Spencer brings hands-on experience in residential construction, restoration, landscaping, and property systems to his work in estate management.
His experience spans the restoration of historic Victorian buildings in Northern California and the ongoing care of estates in Montecito, Malibu, Topanga, and Carpinteria. That practical background informs his understanding of workmanship and the coordination of the people caring for each property.
His family operated hospitality businesses in Santa Barbara for more than twenty years, giving him an early appreciation for the relationships, reliability, and attentive service that continue to shape his work.
